Although every development is different, in the case of the Tuscany Homeowner Association, our governing documents in order of hierarchy are the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and the Rules and Regulations. As an owner is our community, it will be important that you become familiar with each of them to exercise your rights and responsibilities as a homeowner.

Meetings of the Board are open to all members. Regular meetings of the Board shall be held on a schedule adopted by the Board from time to time. Meetings shall be held at such place and hour as may be fixed, from time to time by resolution of the Board. During meetings, is the responsibility of the Secretary to record all motions and Open Floor feedback. Later, the Board approves the Meeting Minutes and they become official records of the association. Find them here.
