ANNUAL MEETING and ELECTION OF DIRECTORS 2019

November 20, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

REGISTRATION SHALL COMMENCE AT 6:45 p.m. Notice is also given in accordance with the section 718.112, (2) (d) 3, Florida Statutes, that an election will be held to elect the Association’s Board of directors. Immediately following the election, an organizational meeting of the board of directors will convened.

I. – Agenda for Annual Meeting (In event a quorum is not obtained to conduct the Annual Meeting, we will immediately proceed to item II, the Election of Directors)

  1. Call to order by the President.
  2. Determination of the quorum.
  3. Reports by President.
  4. Unfinished business.

II. – Election of Directors.

  1. Appointment of Inspectors of Election.
  2. Checking the signatures and unit identification on the outer ballot envelopes against the list of qualified votes.
  3. Removal of the ballots from the inner envelopes and the counting of the votes in the presence of the UnitOwners to elect the directors of the Board.
  4. Determination of 20% valid ballots; in order to have a valid Election Process.
  5. Announcement of Directors elected to the board.

III. – Agenda for Board of Directors Meeting.

  1. Call to order.
  2. Establishment of a quorum of Directors.
  3. Election of Officers.
  4. Adjournment.
