MASTER
Board of Directors
Tuscany Community Association is managed by its Master Board of Directors consisting of five positions. Directors are elected for one term of service only (1 year). Tuscany Community Association Board of Directors is managed by Neighborhood Property Management.
Each year through an election process, owners have the right to select a new board and/or new board members. Board members are elected by the owners (voting members) of the entire community. 20% of the voting member's participation is required for the election process to be valid each year.
The Master Board has the authority to make decisions regarding all common areas in the community including but not limited to:
- Master Annual Budget
- Security and Surveillance
- Landscaping
- Trash Removal
- Roads
- Amenities (Pool, Basketball Court, Lakes, Water Park, Playgrounds, etc.)
- Parking
- Pets

How Our Subdivisions Function
The Tuscany Community consists of six subdivisions. Subdivisions 1 - 6, each one is a not for profit corporation governed by a Condominium Association under Florida Statue (F.S.) 18. The Board of Directors for each subdivision consists of 3 positions: President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Directors are elected for a one year term of service. The Board is required to meet to be able to make decisions in a public setting and give voting members of that subdivision the right to participate and be informed.
All subdivisions are managed by the same management company.
Board members for each subdivision are elected by the owners (voting members) of such subdivision only.
20% of voting members participation is required for the election process to be valid each year.
The board of directors for each subdivision has the authority to make decisions within the boundaries of their territory only, including:
- Subdivision annual budget
- Approval of new residents
- Short sales and foreclosures
- Roof cleaning and repairs
- Gutters
- Decorative shutters
- Sidewalks clean up
- Others
